Small Group Training

Take your fitness to the next level with in-person small group training sessions led by a Kinesiologist! Whether you’re training with friends, family or meeting new people, you’ll stay motivated, supported, and accountable, all while having fun! Each group member receives a personalized workout and nutrition plan. Sessions are available in Surrey or Vancouver.
